Welcoming Emilio Morales Cruz
Potencia Partners is proud to welcome Emilio Morales Cruz as Partner, Transformer Engineering, Asset Management & Technical Strategy. Emilio brings more than four decades of technical and leadership experience in the power sector, with major roles at GE PROLEC, Sunbelt Transformer, Efacec, Ohio Transformer and Qualitrol, leading high-performance engineering teams and advancing reliability and diagnostic solutions across North and Latin America.
At Potencia, Emilio provides strategic consulting in transformer design, asset management and condition assessment, bridging traditional transformer engineering with modern monitoring, control and diagnostic technologies.
