Leads Support Modeling

Using the information provided, the supports for connections are modeled in SolidWorks, helping in the finding issues process.

Rack leads Assembly

The next step is searching for issues in the main assembly, by joining all the support pieces is easy to know if it fits correctly and if all the bores are aligned

Connections

Once the supports are assembled and reviewed, the lines of connection between coils and LTC or DTC are created and merged with the main model, then, the length of each cable can me measured and the dielectric distances can be evaluated.

Assembly Review

Reviewer for the complete core and coil assembly, prior or after release the information to the shop floor.

  • Coil block assembly (all coil wires must be in the correct position).
